Came here twice and both times are a disappointment. My brakes since I changed with them have loud noises and are never the same as before (same as my friend's as well). Recently went there for the second time for a simple tyre fix which they said can't be fixed which is fine BUT they bloody put the problematic tyre back on instead of leaving the spare on so I needed to change the spare tyre back on again FFS!

Major Service couldn’t be happier with the result. Fast friendly service and fully communicated to through the whole process. Noticeable difference in performance of car. All 100% including the service received by all staff involved. Will definitely return for future services

I took my car to get its MOT redone, but I was aware my window washers fluid is not coming out the lines. I have let them know and although they said they will have a look at it, probably not going to have time to fix it, which is understandable. They did not let me know that the MOT will fail because of it. They should have just refused to do the MOT if they knew they do not have time to fix it and it will fail because of it, I could have taken my car and get it fixed ahead.. When I went back for my car they just gave the paperwork and told me that I will need to get the waschers repaired. Sure thing, but they did not let me know that I don't have an MOT. So I will (as I had to anyway) get them repaired and then spend another £50 on MOT. The Government's website states that they should have offered me to leave the car there get it fixed and then just pay a partial MOT or even get it free as it was already done and the problem was resolved. Very poor customer service, this could have been all avoided if they would have refused to do the MOT. Now my car is out of the roads causing me major inconvenience for at least a few weeks. I would recommend not to visit this place as they clearly lacking pride in their work and they prefer easy money over satisfied customers. They asked me to contact their customer service, but they did not seem to be too helpful either. Will update this review if they will be back with a decision on what to do..

Great service by Cody. We got a puncture but couldn't find a garage that could repair it on the spot. Just before the tyre got completely flat we finally reached Halford. The manage John promptly allocated the job to Cody, and Cody managed to get the tyre fixed in record time. Great to see how fast and efficient Cody was. Big thumbs up!

I have booked appointment for my car wheel alignment on Monday (11-3-24) and some call me don’t come on Monday because they don’t have mechanic. so after that I go on Tuesday and I dropped my car then I go back after four hours. They are saying they don’t have a time to check my car and I collect Car without Repair from there so they ask me come tomorrow morning 9 o’clock they can fix. So Wednesday I go there and I dropped my car 9 o’clock again so they are saying they can call me back when car is fixed after three hours. I go there and my car still not fixed then I argument with the manager so they are saying come back after two hours or three hours so they can fix. They waste my time three days for just wheel alignment. And they cancel my first appointment, and I need to pay again for the other wheel alignment. I don’t recommend this place don’t go there for anything. They waste your time and they want Just money they don’t want to work.
