I have contacted JOR Property as water was coming into my lounge from the property upstairs. Richard the Surveyor attended and was great. He was joined by a plumber, very quickly they both located the leaking pipe. fixed it. A joiner came the next day and fixed the ceiling. And a decorator painted the room repairing all the water damage. I am very pleased with the speed and finished result of the work. I can highly recommend JOR property.

Have been using this company a good while now as they seem to be the only reliable tradesmen in Aberdeen - all i have to do is phone Richard up and he always have someone to hand to come sort what i need done , even in emergencies - they have done all sorts of work from joinery , roofing , plumbing and electrical and its always top standard - know all the guys pretty personally now and all good guys - would 200% recommend them to amyone

I can't thank J O R enough for coming to help fix my daughter's broken board on her bed. It was a small job and I had been let down 3 times before they came. The joiner fixed it very quickly he came to see what he needed, then went to get the new board and did an excellent job putting the bed back together again. First class tradesman.
