I have used MR Electrical for several projects in my house (electrical safety tests, changing light bulbs to LEDs, putting up new light fittings, advising and changing light bulbs installed previously to the correct type for safety in the loft and bathroom). M R Electrical has also arranged gas work (new boiler, annual boiler checks, decommissioning of unsafe gas heater). Plumbing work has included repair of a bath/shower leak, replacement of a cracked bathroon basin and replacement of a toilet. The work was done quickly and cost effectively as well. As you can see from my review, I have used MR Electrical, Plumbing and Heating for several years now and for a range of projects. I had recently moved to Edinburgh and was unfamiliar with companies in the area, so I was pleased to have found Michael and his team. MR Electrical staff have all arrived when they say they will - sending text messages to advise me of approximate arrival time, have always been polite and helpful. Quotations for work are fair and set out clearly in emails sent to me. I have no hestation in recommending the company for any electrical, plumbing or heating projects.

After having so much hassle trying to find a contractor after covid it was such a relief to speak to MR Electrical. From our first contact Michael was always totally clear and full of helpful advice. He has very exacting standards and he monitored the work closely throughout. We used all trades during the refurbishment of our bathroom and hallway. All the work was done to a high standard, his team really professional, punctual and always left the house tidy. Michael did all he could to reduce the cost by advising where savings could be made and passing on reductions he secured. Would highly recommend.
