We've used MSF Electrical 3 times in the past year (2019/2020) for updating our electrical system. They have been brilliant throughout - excellent standard of work, willing to take time to give advice, and after finishing have left the property in perfect condition. We'll want future wiring work done and we won't look anywhere else!

I used Mark as part of a small team led by the joiner, to install a new kitchen in a rental property. My summary of Mark’s and his colleague’s work and attitude is superb, highly professional and reasonably priced, in short, I cannot praise or recommend them highly enough. Mark showed up as requested prior to starting work to survey the kitchen as I knew there was additional wiring to be installed. His initial assessment was positive – yes this is all possible, no major issues. With one caveat – you are aware we will need to do work on the consumer unit if we touch the existing ring mains. This was due to it having no RCD installed. Excellent foresight, options to upgrade or renew entirely with likely costings were provided and I chose complete renewal to future-proof the installation. The work to replace all existing sockets and switches as well as the cooker outlet, extend the ring with additional 13A sockets and outlet for the washing machine and cooker hood was all carried out to an immaculate standard, all chases very precisely and tidily cut with the minimum of mess. The consumer unit (fuseboard) had every circuit and breaker named with very neat printed labels. The result is a very very neat and tidy job which looks immaculate, the price was within a few pounds of that quoted, probably due to Mark not having actual prices to hand for sockets, consumer unit etc when we discussed it – which is quite acceptable and importantly the invoice and accompanying Certificate arrived by email very promptly after completion. Would I use Mark again – anytime and everytime. Neil Robertson – EH16.
