I would highly recommend this firm. Ryan was extremely helpful and professional in his conduct. His work was excellent, he took time to explain what he was doing, and despite having to lift carpets and a bit of the floor board, he left my house exactly as he'd found it. I couldn't speak more highly of him.

I asked P. Blackhall to replace a bathroom tap and a shower soap tray. The work took around an hour to complete and they charged me £355.20 for the work. They brought the wrong tap (I had provided them with a list of taps more than once) and offered to return with the correct tap. I decided to go with their choice of tap. The second piece of work I contracted them to do was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute. They charged me £168 because preparation for the job had apparently taken two men two hours. The plumber on site can't have stayed for more than 10 minutes. I asked them to reduce this bill and they refused.

We'd just moved into a new property and the previous owners had recommended Blackhall who had installed and serviced the boiler for them. The boiler was in need of a service and there was a problem with the cold water tank that needed looking at. Was able to get an appointment booked in and Ryan attended to see to the work. Not only was he both very friendly and professional through out and thorough in the work, he had endless patience for my wide variety of questions. This covered not only the heating system as it was, but also on improvements we could make in future. More than happy to recommend Blackhall and will definitely continue to use them in future.

P Backhall Ltd designed and installed a new bathroom in my flat, including replacement of an old water tank and hot water cylinder with a modern pressure system. The work was carried out on time and to a high standard. Derek the plumber and the other tradesmen were excellent and entirely professional. I am delighted.
