They were hired by our landlord to get some things fixed and an electrician came in without knocking or buzzing. The electrician went inside the flat as they were given keys and opened the door to my bedroom without knocking while I was sleeping. Apparently another electrician was supposed to be there and was off sick so the required work was not completed . What more this woman called Lyn, had the audacity to make remarks about my character which is not at all professional, to an email to our lease agents.Monday 6th June 2016
