I was recommended them by a friend and definitely won’t be going anywhere else for an electrician now. Ian arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and fixed my outdoor light in 20 mins. No nonsense and no huge bill. Excellent work ethic and I will definitely be “paying forward“ his magnanimous gesture, especially during these challenging times. I wish all tradesmen had the same social conscience. Wish I’d known about them sooner! While other firms seemed focused on the difficulties and problems associated with the job, Unity1 were driven by the challenges and solutions. Nice clean install with attention to detail obvious to see. I have total confidence in their technical abilities. They worked with me to help reduce my costs and I was very pleasantly surprised by the invoice. Also, very responsive to enquiries, turned up when promised for quote and works and tidied up after themselves. I will be using Unity1 again in the near future. 10/10 Mark and all the staff at Unity1 Electrical have always been very professional and friendly. They've carried out all kinds of work for us, from a kitchen refit, to a new outside light. They’re always happy and willing to give us time to discuss any type of job. Can't recommend Mark and Reece highly enough. Originally planned to work alongside the joiner fitting my kitchen, I jumped at the opportunity for them to do other work scopes in the house as they were both travelling 110 miles to do the job. Extremely happy with their work and "can do" attitude. Mark is knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for a great service lads.

Fantastic service from Iain, Mark, Mairi and there team. Iain helped us in so many ways, going above and beyond what any company Director should do, and for that I will be entirely grateful, Mark went over everything that had to be done to our home in detail and we were consulted about everything, Gerry, Graham & Jack thank you for all your hardwork your all a credit to Unity 1. Unprofessional time wasters. I phoned the business number and got transferred to Iain. We had what I thought was a good chat about him inspecting the electrics in my new house as there had been issues. I arranged for my dad to let him in as I work during normal business hours. He came and assessed the situation, suggested a possible day to do the work but said he would email me his report and confirm the appointment then. This is when he disappears off the face of the earth. I emailed and called numerous times, left voicemails asking for call backs and got nothing. The only call I received was on the proposed day and time of the appointment but when I phoned back on my breaks, it was back to radio silence and I have still heard nothing, several weeks later
